Does anyone still use this mon for attacking, or defending since the nerf? If so, what movesets?

Wigglytuff is badass as a prestiger. I like pound/play rough or HB. All my wigglytuffs are in the 1000-1200 CP range for training friendly gyms.

Definitely my most used prestiger. I have a few around 1000CP - 1400CP and if I'm missing another good Pokémon to counter something at that CP range, you can always count on Wigglytuff. Not so much use for attacking or defending other than prestiging though.

For movesets, like GS1 said, either Pound / Play Rough or Pound / Hyper Beam.

I powered my 98% P/PR Wiggly to level 30 to be a defender right before the nerf. Now she sits around 1650 so is too low to defend but too high to prestige (for the most part).

Pound / Hyper Beam or Pound / Play Rough are great moves for prestiging.

If they are great movesets for prestiging, why aren't they also great for attacking an enemy gym containing the same mon you are using them to prestige against?

They are great for attacking also but I have much better attackers such as dragonites. Usually top tier attackers aren't in the 1000-1400 CP level unless you are lucky enough (or unlucky whichever way you see it) to catch one in the wild. Prestigers like wigglytuff are easy to obtain in the sweet prestiging spot CP. If you hatch a level 20 jigglypuff and evolve it then you get a 1000-1100 wigglytuff. Not so easy to get a Dragonite of that same cp range. I doubt anyone would evolve a dratini just to evolve a Dragonite for prestiging.

Definitely. One of my favorite animations is seeing Pound literally b*tchslapping defenders lol.

Both my Wiggly's only know Feint Attack/Play Rough - 98% at 1K CP, and lower IV at 1.4K CP - is Feint Attack that much worse than Pound? I haven't thought to use them for prestiging, but damn they have good HP..
