Why aren't dark type in "Strongest Offensive Pokemon Per Type" list?

I know Pokemon Go haven't Pokemon type Dark, but it have Moves type Dark. I think Arbok its the best Dark

The Snorlax set posted in best Normal doesn't have a Normal move, so it's because of the reason you posted, that there is no Dark type in gen 1.

Gold and Silver revised Magnemite/evolutions to be Steel type, and Gen VI revised some pokemon to be Fairy, so these non-original types appear in Go.
