Who lives in a Swinub biome?
They're everywhere. Reminds me of the Drowzee days.
For those that live in this biome, what else do you frequently see? Me: Jynx, Krabby, Horsea, Shelldar, Gastly, Sneasel, Wooper, Nidoran, Oddish, Paras, Poliwag, Marill, Zubat... I mean over 50% of spawns are Swinub though.
What type of biome is this considered, ice/water?
Also what rare spawns have those that live in this biome encountered??? Me: Larvitar x1, Phanby x2, Fortress x1, Lanturn x1..... that's about it since gen 2 came out

Everything you listed is exactly what I see where I live. And lots and lots of Swinub. Semi-rare are starters of fire type and growlithe/ponyta. I live near a rocky coast so I will see a decent amount, but not frequent, of geodudes/rhyhorns. I rarely see sandshrew, larvitar, Chansey I have never seen, but I do get a fair amount of Dratini living near the coast which is good.
Tons of swinubs where I live! Other most common are: pidgey, spinarak, rattata, ledyba, sentret. Quite a lot of natu, spearow, wooper, weedle, caterpie, marill, hoothoot, krabby, nidoran, murkrow, eevee, as well. I'd say zubat, oddish, jigglypuff, gastly, hoppip, sneasel, aipom, shellder, jynx, paras, meowth, psyduck, staryu, bellsprout, magikarp, horsea, and teddiursa are also rather common, but less than the pokemon I mentioned before.
My biome is also almost exactly like the OP's, even down to the "Drowzee days," which were before the Halloween event. Oddly enough, the Drowzees mostly disappeared during the Halloween event (when they were supposed to be more common), and they never really returned in the same numbers.
I used to sometimes see 4-5 Drowzees at a single intersection, and that's the way it is with Swinubs now. In the main pokestop-heavy spot that I frequent, I could probably catch 50+ Swinubs and 4-5 wild Piloswines in a couple of hours if I tried.
And yes, I consider it an ice/water biome. I've caught 4 of my 5 wild Laprases in the same 2x5 block suburban downtown where I see all the Swinubs, along with Krabbys, Horseas, Shellders, Jinxes, and the occasional Seel.
