Which mamoswine should I power up?

out of everything I got on CD and after trades these were the best mamoswines I got. I want to power one all the way up with ice moveset.
My three options are:
3027 cp, iv 82 lvl 35. 13/14/10
2954, iv 89. Lvl 33. 14/13/13
2900, iv 89. Lvl 32. 14/11/15

If I'm reading it right, I'd say the middle one.

The bottom two have the same IVs, the middle one is just 1 level higher, so it just saves you two power-ups on the bottom one. And once you power that middle one up 4 times, it should be at the same level as the top one, but with higher IVs.

agreed. 2nd one first, 1st one second, 3rd one 3rd.
Saving candy is great, and stamina makes much less difference compared to hitting an attack or defence breakpoint.
(though they're all good options)

None .... Not much of a need for an ice type right now... and chances are you will find a better one between now and then

How do you figure that? With the Swinub Community Day done, there's no indication that there will be any surge of Swinubs in the future. So, sure, he -might- encounter a better one, but the same could be said of almost any pokemon.
