Which Groudon?

None. Groudon's time to shine is over.

It's not worth the investment anymore because Raikou and Heatran shiny will be a single day each, who knows when.

Dialga is countered well by Machamp. You can make Groudon the last slot tank counter. To me that's not worth it.

Agreed with previous poster, Groudon is not worth any investment at the moment, especially not before we see what exclusive move Mamoswine gets next week.

I caught a perfect Groudon and am reluctant to power it up (already have a 93% at level 30 from its original run).

My maxed 15/14/15 Groudon does beat Candela extremely handily in Master League training, especially Infernape and Electivire...I switch to Kyogre to combat Moltres and just need to use the fast move there

I got myself a lucky Groudon during a special trade yesterday. I'm so happy and I do have the candies and dust to power it up to lvl 30. But will I do it though... No.

No because I do not need Groudon for the foreseeable future. I can use Groudon when Dialga comes to raids sure, but... I think my team of Machamps have that job down. Mamo also might get a ground move for CD and with Garchomp coming in the near future, we won't be in desperate need of Ground attackers.

If you really want to power it up though, I would choose the 93%

Wait.... It’s a decent Pokémon but I don’t see a use for it in the near future unless you are really hurting for fighting types for Dialga
