Which Gengar to Power Up
Gengar 1 has Sucker Punch/Shadow Ball with
100% IVs and Gengar 2 has Shadow Claw and Sludge Bomb with the following IVs HP 15 Attack 14 Def 8. But around level 30
Which should I power up?

Really tough question, but i'd power up the second one, because SC is superb as a quick attack and gets STAB, a lot better than SP, and situation is different when you compare ShadowBall and Sludge Bomb, ShadowB only do SE against Psychic, that do SE to you too, so you don't want this.
As a overall attacker, that is wiser than a psychic counter, Shadow Claw is a lot better than Sucherpunch and Shadowball is only a bit better than Sludgebomb, so this is it.
