Which Blissey to power up?
Got one Blissey 89% 2412CP (atm) with ZH/HB
or one with 84% 1805CP with ZH/DG.
Heard that DG is the one to go for, especially as a defender, but then someone says that they're all good. And the first one would save me lots of stardust/candy plus the fact that he's got a higher IV.
Which one should I go for?

Honestly, both of them over time.
The priority should be the zh/dg one, but you can't ignore the fact that the first one is also amazing and close to viable. Might even already be viable in your meta (it would be in mine). Basically I would power the first one to a level where I can get it into gyms in your area and from then on work on the second one, which will be a beast. If you can already get the first one into gyms I would just put it in one and start working on the second one.
The good news is that you can't really go wrong with either.
