What should I do with these?

I've just did a buch of evolutions and got some mons with 'kinda meh' movesets and I don't really know if I should keep them or transfer
So here they are:
Venuaur 91%IV - Vine Whip/Sludge Bomb (already have one with VW/Solar Beam)
Charizard 82+%IV - Ember/Flamethrower (another one I have is with Ember/Fire Blast)
Raichu 82%IV - Spark/Brick Break (have Thunder Shock/Thunder)
Wigglytuff 84% - Feint Attack/Dazzling Glem (I'm very unlucky with Wiggly - have Pound/DG, FA/Play Rough and another FA/DG)
Primeape 82+% - Low Kick/Low Sweep (This is my second best Fighting-type after Hitmonlee lmao)
Golduck 95% - Confusion/Hydro Pump (have Water Gun/HP, Confusion/Psychic, WG/Ice Beam)
Magneton 82+% - Thunder Shock/Magnet Bomb (have Spark/Flash Cannon and S/Discharge)
Cloyster 82+ - Frost Breath/Hydro Pump (already have with this moveset)
Parasect 95% - Fury Cutter/Cross Poison (was going to use is as prestiger but not with this garbage moveset)
So what would you say? Should I keep any of them? Is there any use for them?

Transfer (these guys will never be great defenders or attackers:
Wigglytuff ( sad face)
Raichu
Golduck
Magneton (worst moveset and not great pokemon anyway)
Parasect
Keep (at least until you get something better):
Venusaur
Charizard
Cloyster
Primeape (only b/c you seem attached to him - otherwise move him up to transfer list)
These guys will have some value as attackers.
