What should I do about my Rhyhorn?

Hello Everyone!

I recently caught a Rhyhorn with 1288 CP. Ran the appraisal and he's a wonder, stats exceed calculations. I checked online today that my Rhyhorn has a 95.6% perfection, which sounds awesome, however my Rhyhorn unfortunately has the worst quick and charge move for a Rhyhorn. Given my Rhyhorn's move set, is it still worth evolving and powering up my Rhyhorn or should I wait for one with better moves?

I mean, the big question is about what movesets your Rhydon gets after evolving it! If I were in your place, I would definitely evolve the guy, as there doesn't seem to be any factual evidence saying movesets of pre-evolved mon have any impact on the final evolved ones.

I thought it had been demonstrated that pre-evo moveset doesn't effect post-evo moveset....

Yeah, that's exactly what I was saying (albeit perhaps in a confusing way, apologies for that)

Of course it is

Evolve that fine Rhyhorn. Its move set has no impact on what the move set of the Rhydon will be. You have a one-sixth chance of obtaining each move set.

Your Rhyhorn's moveset is completely irrelevant! Just evolve it and hope to get MS+SE. Good luck.

Thank you everyone for comments, I just evolved my Rhyhorn and although my Rhydon got Rock Smash thankfully he got Stone Edge! Thanks again for the advice!
