What is the ideal moveset for ampharos?

I evolved a 93 charge beam/thunder. Is that worthy for a max out?

Offense: Charge Beam / Zap Cannon
Defense: Volt Switch / Zap Cannon

I would prefer to max out a Jolteon with Thunder Shock / Thunderbold than your Ampharos.
It's a good trophy, tho. Save him in case of a future rebalance.

One does not waste dust on Jolteons. Just Catch a bunch of 70-80 IV evees with high CP. Evolve and you got yourself an army of decent Electric attackers without using any dust.

Best defense i would say focus blast to deal with Rhydon, Tyranitar, Snorlax,
