Vaporeon's speed on DF !!!

Weren't gym defenders supposed to attack every 2 seconds?
From my experience that rule doesn't apply to Vape, he is so irregular with his quick attacks and most often than not they're way faster than 2 sec apart.

And I'm not being clumsy with my attacks and dodges ;)

Have you noticed that?

1.5 to 2.5 seconds is possible, averaging it on 2 seconds.

My vape is an attacker

Defenders attack based on the cool down of their move plus 1.5 - 2.5 seconds. So, for example, Vaporeon's Water Gun will attack between 2.0 and 3.0 seconds (0.5 CD + 1.5-2.5 seconds).
