Tyranitar - SE vs. C
Which charge move would you consider the better option for a Tyranitar with Bite as quick move?

I have both. If you do any kind of effective dodging, SE is far superior... in a completely different class. C is a 3.2 second 3-bar move, so you use it frequently, and get hit every time since 3.2 seconds is slower than defender quick moves. If the attacker has difficult to predict charge moves, you'll get hit with some charge moves as well. In contrast SE is much faster and used much less often, so you get hit far less often when using it (can squeeze it in between quick attacks with some defenders), including less often hit with charge moves.
As a more analytical perspective, I've listed the Pokebattler sim rankings with a dodge all pro strategy. The metric is the average number of high ranked defenders it gets through. Note that the difference between B/SE and B/C is larger than the difference between B/C and the worst moveset.
B/SE -- 6.5 Defenders (highest in game except Blissey)
B/C - 4.9 Defenders
IT/SE - 4.7 Defenders
B/FB - 4.4 Defenders
IT/C - 4.3 Defenders
IT/FB - 3.7 Defenders
