Twilight Cup and stat boosts

I wonder if this will affect Twilight Cup tournaments upcoming this weekend.

Ancient Power - Togetic
Ominous Wind - Drifblim, Dusknoir, Spiritomb
Silver Wind - Dustox, VENOMOTH

Togetic is kinda niche, Ominous Wind is strictly worse than Shadow Ball, maybe it could be ran as a 2nd move for Spiritomb if the boost is significant. Venomoth already runs Silver Wind and its a quite common choice. This may make it more important. I wasnt considering using Venomoth as i want to use other pokemon but depending of the way boost work it could be must.
