TM use
Should I use a charge TM to try to get overheat on my flareon? It currently has fireblast. The only other thing I might try to do is change seed bomb to solarbeam on my top eggy.

Personally, I think TMs are rare enough that you're best off not using them on second tier pokemon (especially in this case, since your Flareon and Exeggutor already have serviceable charge moves). I'd save the TM for a really atrocious moveset, like hyper beam on Dragonite or fire blast on Tyranitar.
If you don't have better targets then sure. While Flareon and Exeggutor might be "tier 2" attackers, they are HIGHLY useful attackers in this meta where big dps attacks are great in raids. Especially Eggy.
It probably needs to be said that Eggy's can be gotten real easily right now, as they are in level 2 raids, which are easily soloable. SO I honestly wouldn't use it on Eggy unless it's a really high level one.
Nice!!! I've had bad luck with my last 3 Charged TMs. Used two on a 100% Charizard with Air Slash trying to replace Fire Blast. Got Dragon Claw the 1st time then back to Fire Blast. Used one on my 91% Tyranitar with Stome Edge going for Crunch. Got Fire Blast. Next one I get is getting used back on that Tyranitar.
I wouldn't...Eevees are common that you can spam evolve till you get the moves you want...
It's just not needed in the current meta and there are better candidates IMO...
Unless you had a 100% Flareon, and unlimited TMs, I'd save it for mons where you can solo some of the tier 3 bosses or do a lot of DPS on tier 4 bosses to need less people...
I saw some raids today on my errands and it's unlikely you will find 6-8 people to deal with a snorlax in the middle of the workday...This is where (unlike the weekend), you need the best team when you only have, say 4 people...
