These Pokemon Day Gen 1 spawns aren't tied to their CD moves right?

From what I understood from your question, it would be no, those mons will not receive their CD moves if they are evolved ^^'

CD moves are only available during the times specified in their Community Day's. The only aspects of a CD that carry on after the CD is over is that those Pokémon can be Shiny in the Wild now. (assuming that the Pokémon had a Shiny variant released during their Community Day)

Kind of defeats the purpose of a "community day exclusive move" if it's not exclusive to community day. Fun to dream though.
