Tempest Cup Team Advice

PVP is really eating up my stardust, so I'm a little nervous about spending dust on my team before I'm sure of what I'm going to bring. Can anyone spot a weakness or oversight in my intended team composition?

Lapras - Ice Shard/ Ice Beam/ Surf

Tropius - Razor Leaf/ Aerial Ace/ Leaf Blade

Raichu - Spark/ Brick Break/ Wild Charge

Charizard - Fire Spin/ Blast Burn/ Dragon Claw

Marshstomp - Mud Shot/ Mud Bomb/ Surf

Steelix - Dragon Tail/ Crunch/ Heavy Slam

My advice is to not worry about a monthly "tournament" which will continue to deplete your resources.

The only reason that I'm concerned about how much stardust I'm spending is because I know I need to save some for the next tournament. These monthly tournaments are the most fun I'm having in this game right now.

That's the fun, compared to saving up your unused 5 million Stardust for the past 3 years.

Do you actually have a third move on all six of these Pokemon?
And everything I've seen has said Ice will dominate this meta. Why go with Dragon-tail on Steelix when you could get STAB and be super-effective against Ice types with Iron Tail as a quick move.

I've gone back and forth on the third move thing. I know Lapras needs Surf to be all it can be. Same for Raichu. But I might be able to save on Steelix and maybe even Tropius. On Charizard it seems silly not to add Dragon Claw as it will be useful AND cheap. Marshstomp already has the second move unlocked from use in the Boulder Cup.

As for Dragon Tail vs. Iron Tail, I was leaning towards Dragon Tail for the energy gain. But I do have plenty of Fast TMs, so I'll give Iron Tail's extra damage a try. Thanks!

One obvious Mon you're missing is Lanturn with WG/TB+HP. I'd take it instead of Raichu or steelix. Another Mon to consider is Abomasnow, I'm not sure what moves are best for him but I think it's the only grass type in this cup not double weak to ice.

And be reminded that Abomasnow is doubly weak to Fire, meaning you have to be lucky enough to not run into someone who brought Charizard, Camerupt(assuming some weirdo does bring it) and Moltres.
