So is there a way to be aware my Pokemon's IV ?

I'm not a hardcore fan of Pokemon but i understand the concept of IV in others Pokemon games. Is there a way to calculate precisely my pokemon's IV ?

These are the equations they are using to find these stats:
Attack = (Base Attack + Individual Attack) * Total_CP_Multiplier
Defense = (Base Defense + Individual Defense) * Total_CP_Multiplier
Stamina = (Base Stamina + Individual Stamina) * Total_CP_Multiplier

So for an example if we reverse the attack to find the Individual Attack (Atk IV) it would look like this:

Individual Attack = (Attack - Base Attack)/Total_CP_Multiplier

I'm pretty sure, correct me if I'm wrong. It's been a while since I have done math like this. You may divide the Multiplier first then subtract the Base Attack.
