Sinoh stone use

I have a bunch of sinoh stones that I want to use. I have decent IV guys to evolve but have been holding out because I’m unsure if these mons will ever have a cd or other special move release that would make them significantly more valuable and make me regret evolving now.

Could you please let me know which of the following are most likely to be safe to evolve now? Thanks!

Tangrowth
Gallade
Yanmega
Gliscor
Lickilicky
Porygon z

The only one I can see there that may get a CD is Gallade...

Thanks. Could any get one of those event moves like grass knot on Breloom that would greatly enhance their value?

Would also expect Porygon to be on the list of potential community days

This game is always changing. Live in the now.

Nobody can predict exclusive charge moves like GK Breloom, so nothing is ever completely safe anymore. Either choose to live in the present and just get the dex entries now, or hoard them until you have a clear reason for evolving them.
