Scizor charge moves

Same type moveset is better for Scizor, so either FC/XS for bug-type moves or BP/IH for steel-type moves. There's no point in having mixed-type moves with scizor since the mon is only used for attacking (double-weakness to fire on defense, on top of that all his STAB moves are resisted by fire-type mon). I prefer double bug moves, FC/XS, to specialize in attacking eggmen.

This is the best moveset I think. He destroys any physic and actually does good against blissy

I'd prefer BP+IH because it's what makes Scizor unique as the best Steel type in the game right now. Mine luckily got that moveset, and I can confirm she's great.

FC+XS is still just as good, but it basically makes her a cool looking Pinsir. They have about the same stats, and Pinsir can even learn Bug Bite which is a better quick move.

I have Bp/Ih and want Fc/Xs.

Both are good movesets, and I much prefer dbl typing moves...that is either dbl steel or dbl bug.
I will keep trying until I get Fc/Xs now.
