Regionals - still only available in region or are they hatching from eggs?
Saw a Tauros and Kangahan in gyms today. One of them was from a player who maybe a GPS spoofer (I'm 99% positive two of his team-mates are, but difficult to prove due to gym locations), but the other was from a player I've physically seen walking. Obviously holidays abroad are a possibility, but I wondered whether egg hatches had been updated to include regionals in the last big release?

I've got an Aerodactyl hatched from an egg I got when travelling and it shows the location I got it as my holiday's place though I hatched it when I came back to my town. I have never heard of anyone in my region caught an Aerodactyl in the wild (in my town).
But why do you have to bother about those spoofers nowaday? With the current gym mechanic, spoofers have nearly no advantage over regular players.
