Raiding lvl3 sollo

Today i raided two lvl3 bosses solo, i managed to beat one of them but i want to share the experience and see ur comments.lvl36 here.
I always spamed attacks
Level3 weezing
First attemp another guy jumped in. We didnt beat weezing by very few hp points. My rooster was
Dragonite +3400 dt/o
Dragonite +3300 db/dc
Rhydon +3100 ms/earthquake
The rest didnt jump in and I dont know what was my mate attacking with.
Second attemp i did it alone with
Rhydon above
Golem +2800 rt/se
Rhydon around 2700 ms/se
I had 5seconds to spare

Second one was a growlithe i tried 4 times and I timeout all of them. Te fights were really buggy he char move bars were up and dowm and also the hp bar. On some of the fights my mons swaped (like the dodge bug but i was not dodging)
First attempt i almost succeed. 2 or 3 second more and he was mine. For this order i used.
Vape 2990 with hp
Vape 3000 with aq
Golem above
Rhydon above
Second attempt i swithed orders
Rhydon
Golem
Rhydon 2700
Vape
Timeout and growlithe was in yellow
Third i tried
Golem
Golem 2400 rt/se
Golem 2300 rt/se
Vape at
Fourth i tried the first one and barely left him in red.

I didnt tried the dragons.

My conclusions are dont use dragonites
Lvl3 are doable but we need no lag and niatic needs to fix the bugs. Growlithe was only killing me 3 mons and i was spaming attacks so i believe some of them didnt update correctly because the hp bars were moving up and down,,

Any thoughts?

I neeed badly quick move TM to be able to use a lV96 trex b/c killed 2xlvl1 2xlvl2 and 1lvl3 didnt got any yet
