Raid Boss CP Formula

I just woke up to the news of a Mewtwo release. I saw an image with a screen shot of him at 49430 CP. I'm trying to use either him raid boss stats (pokebattler) or pre/post nerf stats but cannot find any way to actually get that CP. Like I said, just woke up, so maybe Im missing something obvious. Help appreciated. What is the formula for the Raid boss CP and what are Mewtwo boss stats?

The Mewtwo's base stats have been adjusted, they are 91% compared to normal (old) ones.

I know. I mentioned using pre and post nerf stats. Nothing gets me the correct total CP. Can you post the formula with numbers plugged in to give the right value?

You should have 50 Raid Balls by defeating the Raid Boss (Mewtwo) and a number of balls depending on the damage you have inflicted; gym control , etc (just like normal raid)
Don't have the formula but the screenshot gives a slight idea of what you are going to face.

Not sure why number of balls matters. I'm asking about the boss CP and stats. How is the CP calculates from the stats? I can't get the numbers to work right
