Just got enough candies for my first Blissey 14/10/15 ivs.
Ended up getting ZH/P, should I even bother powering her up or should I start the grind to evolve another Chansey? Also, any use for a Bubble/Hydro pump poliwrath in the current meta? just caught a 100% iv one.

If that 14 or 15 is attack, then yes. Blissey is all about the attack stat.

You got that wrong. Blissey is all about Defense and Stamina, to cost as much time as possible and let low-level attackers time out. Attack and moveset is secondary, Blissey is weak anyway.

Its base stamina is so high that the I've makes little difference. It also has pretty good base defense. Attack is where base stats are lowest; so the I've there is more important.

I powered mine up with zh/p. Most of the time people use machamp against blissey (I do anyway) so psychic for a defender blissey isnt that bad. I dont know if anyone gets this but psychic has been undodgable for me the last few weeks. Everything works fine just psychic gets supper laggy
