Potential-Specific-IV-Comparative-Information?

So if that wasn't confusing enough, allow me to provide an example of what I am trying to find, and hopefully someone will be able to guide me in the right direction!!

What I am looking for -if it exists- is a type of database or "calculator" that I can plug in pokemon with their move sets and IVs to get a DPS/TDO reading in hopes to find out at what CP/IV do certain pokemon potentially surpass another that is innately better.

If that wasn't convoluted enough.. for example would a 10/10/10 Mewtwo surpass a 100% Alakazam, and if so at what point?

Any and all help is appreciated!! I've perused the cite but I didn't find what I was looking for.. BioWeapon maybe if this reaches you.. help a friend out?? :D

You can do this on Pokebattler, at least for specific raids.

Finding the supreme point for legendary Pokémon is easy enough.... I’m pretty this site used to have a surpreme point calculator... I’m sure if you googled supreme point calculator you could find one that’s does non legendary versus non legendary....

"for example would a 10/10/10 Mewtwo surpass a 100% Alakazam, and if so at what point?"

Yes, it will. I tested quickly on pokebattler and a level 36,5 10/10/10 Mewtwo surpasses a level 40 15/15/15 Alakazam in TTW against a Machamp raid boss. The Mewtwo also has significantly better TDO. Base stats and moveset matter much more than IV, and in this case the difference in moveset isn't that large (P is bad but FS is mediocre at best)

As for the calculator, I'm not aware of one that would do this easily.

Try PokeGenie.
You can create a database of your own pokemon and run simulations on specific Raid-Matchups.
It than features Breakpoint information for this matchup.
I know it's not exactly what you want you want - you can answer those questions with PokeGenie:
A 10/10/10 Mewtu surpasses a 15/15/15, level 40 Alakazam against Machamp at Level 38 - but you kind of have to do this calculations an compare results by your own...
But it's easy to use, features a name-generator, so you can rename your pokemon with Moveset and IV-Info.
So you may want to give it a try, may change your questioning a little bit and PokeGenie is your tool to go!

Edit:
Did the calculations again (Machamp, No Boosts, No Dodging):
Lvl40 15/15/15 Alakazam 30.3 DPS
Lvl36.5 10/10/10 Mewtu 30.1 DPS
Lvl37 10/10/10 Mewtu 30.3 DPS
Lvl38 10/10/10 Mewu 30.4 DPS
