I honestly love that thing, so its pretty much safe for me to power one up. So right now I have
100%HP Dark
98% HP Fighting
98% HP Ice
98% unevolved
300 candy left

Blizzard as a new movepool addition gave the last evolved one the opportunity to have a single type moveset. I was kinda hoping for HP Grass or Rock to combine it with either SB or respectively HB to get a grass attacker or DPS monster in partly cloudy. I was surprised that DPS wise Blizzard is actually better than SB, so maybe HP Ice may have actually been lucky. I see use for it in Groudon and multiple dragon raids, especially Rayquaza as potential upcomming boss.
Anyway, is it worth powering up an ice type Porygon Z, should I gamble on another HP with last 98% one or just wait for more candy/good IV ones? Plus what is potentially Porygon-Z best usage? I guess HP Dark and Fighting are useless?

Your Ice Hidden Power Porygon Z would be very good with Blizzard. Could use it as a glass cannon against dragons and I feel it's DPS would be pretty good, although I haven't checked the numbers. I have a Porygon Z with Grass HP and Solarbeam so I use it as a pseudo grass attacker. Although lacking STAB, I feel mine has pretty good DPS and I use it to clear gyms with any Feraligatrs with HC, Wailords, any good water type.

Your Ice combo could be quite useful I feel, and I wish I had one with Ice hidden power.

Double ice Porygon Z is actually pretty good believe or not. On PokeBattler, it's the 4th highest counter against Rayquaza. (Both Mamo and Glaceon are excluded rn since they aren't out yet)

It could also make for a good gym clearer considering the amount of pokes that are weak to ice. I'd wish for an HP ice set myself.
