Poliwrath decision

I have a Poliwrath already invested in that is one of my favorite mon. Is power up punch now it's best move?

Assuming yes is it better to TM it or to buy a second move for PuP?

Considering poliwrath is only really good for Great League PvP... I'd give it a second charge move (specifically Ice Punch for type coverage).
Edit: So the final move set would look like: Bubble/PuP/IP

Mine as long since been too powered up for great league. It currently has Rock Smash/Dynamic Punch. I use it mostly for raids.

It's a monster in ultra now, PuP and IcePunch is destructive, as fast move bubble also does well, but if you have a legacy MS, its frightening.
