Picking Raid team laggy as hell...
OK - You get 120 seconds, two whole minutes to pick the team when entering a Raid.
On my Nexus 5X, that part of the game is just laggy as hell - I can barely do it. It takes me, like 90 seconds to set up my team. If I join a little late, I can't fully set up my team of 6.
Any ways to fix short of getting a better phone?

It is laggy, seems the scrolling is unresponsive and touch input barely registers.
Gym fights are bad too - need to defeat and be defeated in apparently two parallel fights which update the screen in turns. So it can happen that you can fire two 1-bar charge moves in a row, affecting only one of the parallel fights. No wonder the battery power drains faster now and low fps when overheating kicks in.
Network errors and strange GPS drifts when standing next to gyms.
It could be your phone...my wife has iphone 7 plus and I have a note 3, I can nearly never setup my team...they are usually sitting and waiting and I am frantically clicking, double clicking, etc...
Also, on every raid, I join the battle nearly 20-30 seconds later...(so my timer is already at like 150 when I can even tap to attack).
My mon is already damaged a bit too...
