Perfect IV Rhydon?
I have a perfect IV Rhydon I caught on the wild the other day and I wanted to know what would you do with him, his moveset I think it is not good at all but maybe it has some use that I don't know.
He has Rock Smash / Stone Edge but only 644CP.

Rock Smash gives you a fighting type advantage against Snorlax which counters the lack of STAB Mud Shot would have given you. He'll also be useful to tackle Chansey (and presumably Blissey) once powered up. If you've got the candy I'd power him up a bit. Stone Edge is a great charge move that comes out of nowhere and inflicts a lot of damage.
If it was me and you have a lot of dust, I'd actually max him since his 100% IVs will put him at 2829 CP at lvl 30. This would sit in the middle of even high level gyms for me and if maxed, can be higher than near every other mon other than 2 (Dragonite/Snorlax).
That high IV will save you a few power ups down the road (in terms of gym placement) and he's FAR more useful as a gym defender (merely high ranking gym CP, NOT actually defending) since having enough defenders is rare for most folks (I have 0) and you can use anything to prestige honestly.
The fighting move SE is the same as STAB on the ground attack so I wouldn't do it merely for that as mentioned.
