I have never spoofed.
However, if you want in a level 4 raid you will need spoofers unless ypu have 4 buddies with you.
I was in a raid for a Snorlax where 7 people where there and 14 spoofers. We won...
If you want a good raid look for a high spoofer spot. Yup!

I mentioned this yesterday because in actuality the spoofers are helping those low level players win raids especially now the level limit was reduced to 20.
I play in highly spoof populated area in NYC and love it when I see only 5 people playing but have a lobby of 20 people.
Unless people want to get on their moral high horse about the spoofers, who else is going to help take down that level 4 raid boss in the rural area, or when this fad fades and the casual players stop raiding? Spoofers.
And when the rural player comes along who only have 1 gym in their town and 3 poke stops and no ones schedule syncs up due to work, school, family, etc........then what? Not everyone in a small town is going to dedicate time to go out and play a game in a scheduled manner. Everyone is just now riding the wave because this is new release, the hype will die down just as it did after gen 2 launched. the hype wont return until Gen 3 launch or legendary event.
