Niantic should roll out the master ball imo, RNG screws around people too much.
Yes, indeed. It is soo complicated to get the legendaries! I have a better suggestion: Why do we have to do those complicated things? Raids? Meeting other players?
All way to complicated, Niantic could put a 6-pack of 100-IV@ Level 40 of each legendary into each players inventary. Each one could have free chosable attacks. So I need not read complaints about rng, raids, catch chance, stardust, candy and how complicated it is to get those pokemon. Life could be so easy.

It's odd how many people feel the RNG should be removed from the game. If there is no RNG, then where's the "game." It's just a really blinged out pedometer at that point.
Or maybe when you play yahtzee you don't have to roll dice. Just fill in what you need. ...Oh wait, every game is a tie and it becomes pointless. That's why.
I love playing games without RNG. I play Go (without Pokemon) and some other board games.
Pokemon Go is Niantics game, they can program it however they like. I have never seen a kind of those games without rng. Cannot imagine how this could work.
And - raids are still way too highly rewarded imo. Too big reward for too little efford compared to other ways of ressource-gathering.
For those, who still whine how difficult it is, i have only sarcasm.
