Mamoswine after CD

I think the answer is quite clear, but I haven't seen it written anywhere so... Will the evolution of Mamoswine be available also after the CD window, or it will be locked again?

Yes, it will. The CD is only to implement a new move for Mamoswine evoluted during the event. It does not necessarily means that the evolution is tied for the event.

That would be hugely ballsy of them to make the evolution CD exclusive. Pretty sure we'd see the first PoGo related riots if that happened.
