80%iv 160cp and 140cp
82%iv 130cp
96%iv 128cp

Looking to evolve another Gyarados. Most likely was gonna evolve the 96% one, just wanted to see if I would be better off evolving one of the higher cp ones with a decent iv or not.

Personally Id go for the higher Iv one

96%. Level is a lesser problem with 1 km for each candy.

96%. Compare the cost to evolve versus the cost to power up for magikarp. It's a small percentage more to get the higher IV one up to the same level as the others.
