Low level wild Dnite

Caught a level (4) 354cp nite DT/H. 62-64%. I have 3 hatched Dratinis also. 82-84% all 3. I have 220 candy, and 650K stardust. Is the dnite with Hurricane decent enough to power up to 1200 or a little less for prestige purposes? I do have a 3241 nite 91% already with DB/DP.

I would say. Mostly because what would you prestige against with dragonite? His main value is his strength/stats. If all mon are cp1200, that advantage is lost. Type advantage and dodging become more important. DT/Hu isn't great for either of those. It's main value is as neutral typing.

Level is too low for its IVs. Just evolve and hope for same moves or better

I would for prestiging. I keep hoping to find a low level Nite for just that purpose. I guess for comparison I have a 1100 cp Tyranitar with bite/fire blast. Dude is a boss at prestiging.
