Level 3 boss that can be solo'ed

So far, I have heard or seen anecdotes that vaporeon, arcanine, machamp and gengar can be beaten solo if you have the right lineup(i.e. maxed out counters of a high level player). Have anyone successfully beaten jolteon/flareon/alakazam solo ?

failled Alakazam, but I'm only lv35 and no direct counter to it.

Purely based on CP alone, I think alakazam should be the most difficult tier 3 boss to be beaten if even possible

On silph roadbreddit someone mentioned, but without any detail at least when I've read, that he soloed Jolteon and flareon.
Funkysho failed at Alakazam, but also he did not used gengar if I remember corectly.

Great, this gives me hope. My next project is to assemble the right lineup to solo level 3 bosses, it seems only alakazam is unbeatable solo at this point.

That is my new goal too, it will take a while and it is fine. I need to find some kind of objective in the game now, and it sound like an interesting project :)

I tried arcanine solo today and failed but it was very close. I'm lvl 35 and honestly believe he can be beaten solo

He can; I've done it with maxed golems, rhydon and 1 vape, funkysho did it only with vapes, and only one maxed, the others at lvl 30 I think.

Same, Arcanine was really close, level 33, I have 34.5 and 32 level Golems with Rock Smash/Stone Edge, but they weren't as effective as I had hoped. Still, boss just had a sliver of red when he timed out. Super close.

34th lvl and tried solo Gengar twice, one with all Psychic that got it down to 20% before time ran out. Second time I went with a mix of Psychic and Ground but only got the boss down to 40% on that try. Next try if it ever comes, going to try a mix of Rhyhorns and Golems with all Ground moves.
