Lapras charge move

I would rank them 1,2,3

I suppose I would rather have one level 30 and one 20, rather than two at 25.

That way you use your 30 as your main man, and he can take down any Dragonite and sometimes two, and you have your level 20 as second Lapras or prestiger.

I personally have 3 and 1 both pushed to lvl30

I prefer multi bar charge moves personally, to avoid wasted charges - and many high level dragonites won't drop with a single Blizzard...but will fall from 3 IS

FB/IB, I generally prefer two-bar moves because they don't waste energy while waiting to dodge the opponent's charge move.

I prefer FB for dodging.. The charge moves are similar. IB may have some more flexibility to avoid overshoot.

I'd keep them at a hatched level where they are most useful for prestiging. Lapras are great for prestiging Dragonites, but in my opinion there are better options for attacking enemy Dragonites in gyms. It's certainly not worth the amount of time and effort to get enough candy to bring to level 30 since the Nerf.

I have 1 and 3. I took 3 to level 30 for defense. It is still possible to find a gym to place it above to bottom, even after the nerf.
I don't think it necessary to power up FB Lappys much past 20. They are strong enough to take down a dragonite at that level and make excellent prestigers.

FB/IB is my favorite Lapras move set

I have fb/b pushed to lvl 32 (I don't remember way, maybe thre fb gain +1 in damage). Sometimes 2, sometimes 3 dragonites. Better than my lvl 30 cloyses with fb/b or fb/a.
Sometimes I wish I had IB to kill dragonite rigth after 2 consecutive charge moves without him casting his Charge.

The Lapras nerf was sad! She is one of my favorite pokemons, beside Ninetails. At New Year I finally hatched a really good one, 93%, IS/B, and gave her all my candy and then walked several 100 km to get her up to 2920 (lvl 39). She really made me proud standing in a gym. But just a few weeks later the nerf brought her down to 2540 :-(

To answer the question 2,1,3 one to lvl 30 and keep the rest at 20. (If you like Lapras and have stardust to spare)
