Kadabra Offensive Moveset?

For best offensive moveset on Kadabra, does the charge move Matter? All of these (dazzling gleam, psybeam, shadow ball) do less damage than its quick move psycho cut?

They're all pretty bad moves, so no, it doesn't matter as long as you have Psycho Cut and know how to dodge very well.
