Yes it is, they just reverted to its previous state, don't know about the PoGo Plus fix but there is no loading fix at all. The game keeps crashing each time I open it, I have to force to close it and open again until it starts, I prefered the long loading animation than this...

One way to work around it is disable GPS, load game, then enable GPS, this seems to prevent crashes, but you have to do it every time you start the game...

Unfortunately true for me. It takes forever to log in, lags, slowdowns on catching/battling, GPS drift is even bigger for me and on top of this I can't use WiFi when at home. Don't know if the latter is Niantics issue though.

Loading has been faster for me, and PoGo+ has been connecting more consistently than it used to. But trying to click my character's avatar to access the profile menu also consistently crashes the app.
