How to improve Pokemon GO and make everyone happy

I thought of something today while I was making pancakes.
GYM REWORK:
As we all know there is going to be a gym rework, but nobody has a clue what exactly it is going to be. We usually have high expectations and Niantic rarely delivers.

My idea would be that the whole gym fighting becomes PVE. Similar to dungeons and raids in MMO games. Since we can cash in gyms every 21 hours there would also be a daily gym dungeon reset.
The rewards should be based on how well you/your party of people perform in the dungeon/raid..
For example:
Fully finishing a gym would grant you 10 Pokecoins (+ maybe a few revives and potions)
Finishing half of the gym would grant you 5 Pokecoins.
Having a larger party would make the gym fighting faster and easier, promoting teamplay and equality for all teams.

Currently I would have to take down a few level 10 Mystic gyms to get 10 coins for each, most of those gyms are occupied by spoofers, while with little effort someone else would gain the same 10 coins as I did. (the ban wave did almost nothing for the spoofers, living in a small town in a third world country is crippling in gameplay and I personally know everyone that plays the game legit in my town)

The gyms would be of a particular Pokemon Type, just like we have in the original Pokemon games, and Pokemon defending the Gym would be randomly generated Pokemon of that(or similar) Typing.
The Type of the Gym should also change every 2 weeks just like we have the nest change mechanic.

Raids:
There was also a mention of a Raid mechanic coming to Pokemon GO.
Now, my idea would be that Gyms sometimes transform into a rare RAID status for the whole day or two and can be done once per week.
Raids should be more difficult than the Dungeons previously mentioned and would require more people with you to finish them completely.
The rewards for a raid should be like 30 Pokecoins and one item that you usually buy for coins, such as an Incense,Lure,Lucky Egg.
But the catch with raids would be a very rare, very valuable Legendary Shard item, which you need to collect many of and then turn in to your Team Leader for a legendary Pokemon.

This way we would need less fighting against cheaters in the game, it would bring more balance to teams and gameplay, while still making everyone happy, both cheaters and legit players.
Also this would hurry up the implementation of PVP.

What do you guys think and do you have any additional ideas?

Teamwork=no.
Pokemon has always been a single player game, and I would be pissed if I were shut out of certain rewards in the game because I don't have friends to play the game with me.

The "Pokemon has always been a single player game" is a good point, and I don't have many teammates here so I can relate.

People in my country too busy following football and tv shows they cant move their ass up and go out play pokemon go.
They rather gamble money on bet sites.

I hope they don't bring out content that locks the solo player out from being able to interact with it.

Already going to happen, its called Trading.

Trading isn't that. Hell half of us aren't even interested in it to any real degree. Multiplayer gym only rewards are different and another slap in the face to rural players I would guess.

I think all of the multiplayer stuff is great but not if it's the only realistic way to get certain rewards like legendaries.

Finding a player to trade with on a one time basis, is very different to requiring to find people from the same team, with the same time schedule to do repeatable content on a regular basis.

Besides, anything that I can trade, I can get as a solo player - so trading does not lock the solo player out of content at this stage.

I agree that raids should be do-able single player, but could still be harder than dungeons.

One thing about this system is that most people would have to work a lot harder for their coins. Right now, in more stagnant gym areas, most people have to do much fewer than ten gyms per day to collect 100 coins. In areas with high turnover, people might have to do ten gyms, but they are level 3 and easy to take over, or low level and easy to prestige, or maybe even freebies with open spots. To help mitigate this, I would like it if you could do the same dungeon repeatedly. It could randomly change to a different type every time it's done, and would stop rolling raid for you if you had already done the weekly raid. Not having to travel as much for gyms would also help rural players and take away a spoofer advantage.

Adding some features such as raids is fine, additional content is always welcomed.

Locking the single player out by reworking the game so it favours multiplayer is not and I hope they don't do that because they will probaby find that a large percentage of their player base consist of solo players.

Niantic need to invest in a reporting system that works and is followed through on. They need to get rid of gym spoofers as a #1 priority above and beyond anything else gym related whilst still providing functionality for all of their player base.

To do this they will simply have to invest in manpower to review each report on a player thouroughly, checking the suspect cheaters full history log for any signs of spoofing or write software that checks all GPS history for the user and gives them and indication of spoofing. This may not be fool proof, but could at least remove the more obvious spoofers who go from location to location in very short periods of time where they realistically could not do this on foot or even vehicle.

As for the gym meta, the current isn't great but would be better if pokemon were not placed by CP, but perhaps pokemon level + def stat, or something similar.

Here's waiting in anticipation for the changes and also pvp

PvP. I don't care about gyms. Trading... maybe. Until PvP, this is a catch and release game. Nothing worth keeping until I can battle my friends at lunch.
