How do I change my team?

It might be the fighting event notifications, or the team change medallion item

There's a new item in the store called the Team Medallion. It costs 1000 coins, allows you to change your team, and can be purchased once every 365 days.

Close your eyes. Click your heels together and say, "there's no place like Valor" three times. Voila!
