Great League

I'd evolve it, Altaria and Flygon are the better great league dragons (moves and stats), another dragonite for raids/gyms is always great.

The others seem good, sudowoodo'd be good agaisnt altaria, and if you give the feraligatr a second move, with ice beam it will be goot against altaria and flygon, but is you have a hydrocannon blastoise, it does that job better (better defensive stats, and access to water gun). Toxicroak is good from what ive heard with mudbomb being spamable, but that may have been bouldercup meta only.

If you want to evolve/power up a fourth Dragonite, now is the time to do it. Palkia is in raids for 11 more days, so you will get good use out of it. I decided to max two more Dragonites, bringing me up to one max Rayquaza, four Dragonite (three max), and one max Latios. I even splurged for the second move to add Outrage to my two Dragonite with Dragon Claw and one with Draco Meteor for that little better damage output.
