Flareon with Heat Wave

Guys,

Do you think Heat Wave is way worse than Fire Blast ? I need opinions on this since this is eating my head haha. Specially now that Flareon got a pretty good boost in the meta (despite still being worse than Arc, which I already have 2 good ones).

Thing is, I never managed to get a 90%+ IV Flareon with Fire Blast. I always get Vapes and Jolts. The only few Flareons that came with FB were under 82%.

My main Flareon is 93% with Heat Wave, which I have maxed out to lvl 29.5 (mainly because is my favorite character).

I like the move, the animation is way cooler than FB, but the fact that is doesn't have the "best" move is eating my head lol.
I find Eevees everywhere but the ones with 90%+ IVs are reaaaaally few, and then I have 1/9 chances of getting what I want.

What do you guys think about HW ?

The damage output is almost the same, you can still evolve eevee to get one, nothing prevents you, but if you like this move keep using it! Flareon is a badass with any moveset :)

All three moves are very usable good moves, I don't have a strong preference, but some people don't like the wind up and wind down period for heat wave.
