Fake GPS + 3 accounts users...

I was fighting gyms around, I had 9 gyms, with all I could put in.
Vaps 2200+, Poliwrath 2000+, Slowbro 2100+, etc.
And when I arrived at the last gym, I saw 3 pokemon dead.
I came back to where I placed the pokemons, and I saw 3 yellow dudes in the gyms.

When I arrived (10 minutes by car), only 3 pokemon left in the gyms. So it was 6 pokemon dead in around 10 minutes.
But the time to go from 1 gym to the other, kill the pokemons inside, place its own pokemon... it was really quick... if it was the sam guy.

I fought the gyms again, put the same pokemon inside and kept driving to the other gym.
Actually it was the same 3 yellow dudes who took the gyms.

The same thing happened when I did it a second time.
I finally decided to wait on 1 gym, just to see if anybody was going to come by me.

The gym I was close to was destroyed, and 3 pokemons were instantly placed in.
The same 3 yellow dudes.
But as you can imagine, NOBODY was physically here...

It is not the first time I am facing this situation.

So, as Niantic can't do anything for fakeGPSs, is it possible for them to make like 5 minutes delay when switching account?
Just an idea, but I guess it can help those who are playing fair against ghosts/cheaters/spoofers...

Dude, cheaters also have youtube channels.
Even they get banned regularly and they just make new accounts OR Niantic doesnt care shit.

Either way, cheaters win, always. (it seems)

Situation is even more pathetic cus those cheaters can propably make money out of it, they have fans like any other youtube channel.

I bet cheaters who has youtube channels doesnt even care the game itself, they only do it for money.
So they are kind of smart.

Anyways, as long cheaters have youtube channels, as long there will be ppl cheating.

if its the same 3 then it could be that he has 3 different devices or just 2 then swaps accounts. spoofers dont get banned unless ur really dumb with it but its still unlikely that they will get banned since niantic cares more about taking down bots than anything else. You could always join the dark side and enjoy the benefits it has to offer lol :).

Welcome to the club, Ive been dealing with this for months. Im a level 35 and cant even hold one gym by my house or my work which is just down the street. Every gym about, 30-35 of them, for 10-15 miles around me are all spoofer owned. Its worse now then it was last month and its seems to be getting worse.
Lately I cant load the game on android at least since the Christmas update. Sometimes I try 20-30 times and ill get the same frozen green screen. Ive found that if I turn off GPS it usually works after a couple tries. Anyways Im hoping that Niantic is testing something with the GPS to ban spoofers. Maybe its wishful thinking.

The key to holding gyms is to find spoofers that are on the same team as you.

This is the reason why i did my second account in different team.
Cus here one team owns 3 gyms 24/7 and i personally saw how they spoofed them from me when i once got them, so i realized that you cant win battle vs spoofers.

So my other account was able to collect much coins from their gyms.
Level 26 instinct and main is level 33 mystic.
Thou i dont play my instinct right now.

Report the usernames of the cheaters to Niantic. It has a tool to do this. I experienced a similar situation. I reported it to Niantic. About three months later, the cheaters seemed to disappear. Maybe Niantic banned them only after enough reports came in. So report them. That is about all you can do, except quit playing in disgust.

Niantic will not ban them, I have reported lots of them around my town, there is only 10 gyms but 5 of them are relative close to each other, cheaters from different teams keep doing their runs during the hole day, normally when I prestige one of my teams gyms I open myself and spot and leave another one open so anyone that passes close can leave a mon.

I don't do this anymore because last few months are being a pain with all the cheaters, impossible to keep a gym for more than 2 hours, I have to almost run to get my coins...

Niantic won't even answer any email, their costumer service is probably one of the worst in the world.

Yes, report them to Niantic and have others report them too. This is all we can do at this point and hope that Niantic does something.

Feel free to also shame the cheaters on your local city board, if you have one. I expose the user names broadly when I run into this situation.

Thankfully, this does not seem to be a widespread practice with only a few isolated cases.

No matter what Niantic do people will complain.

When Niantic really cracked down on bots and stopped jailbroken mobiles from working everyone complained that they were not adding any new content.

Now new content slowly gets added and everyone realises how bad it is with spoofers and bots around and complain about it.

You cannot win.

All I know is a few months ago something similar happened to me, I reported the users as spoofers and botters. I received an email from Niantic saying they cannot disclose any information about said accounts.

The next day they 6 accounts I had reported were all gone and I have never ever seen them again.

Have done the same, received the same email, all cheaters accounts still working, even showing them screenshots and telling the names of the gyms that are in the middle of "nowhere" that you can't reach them by car or by a near building to proof that cheaters are taking them down.

Still waiting for an answer...It has been 2+ months now. Some of them even puts Kangaskhan, Tauros, a lot of Lapras...and we are in Europe so...
