Evolved Dragonair higher than Max CP?

Dragonair Max CP Chart:
Stardust Level Min CP Max CP
1,900 16 552.55 679.30
2,200 17 587.07 721.73

Since my Dragonair Upgrade costs 1900, it can only be max lvl 16.5. But its CP 728 already exceeds the level 17 max CP. Do evolved Pokemons have a higher max CP or is the max CP data just wrong here?

This here seems to be the correct MAX cp table.
Which means that the gamepress.gg db here is wrong/outdated: http://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/pokemon/148
