Esperon dilemma

I evolved 5 evee's a d got:'
- 3x zen headbutt/psycic
- 1x confusion/future sight
- 1x confusion/psybeam

Im happy with confusion/psybeam as a defendee but i didnt get zen headbutt/futuresight for offense; would you takd the Z/P or C/P or wait for a Z/F?

all have good IV's and I have tons of dust.

c/f is rated A on offense

C/F is great for offense too.
It's only worth to go for Z/F if you dodge every attack.

I dodge every attack, but I think that I would prefer confusion as the quick move over zen headbutt. I don't think that I would feel confident about trying to put two zen headbutts between every dodge, and one to one confusion > zen headbutt.

really? you would all favor confusion even on offense? i typically like the faster move much better

I do see more people saying that they prefer zen headbutt, but I would prefer confusion.

I think if we were talking about Psycho Cut vs. Confusion, there would be a more substantial gap in terms of dodge effectiveness; however, between confusion and ZH, it appears that in most situations Confusion will be better, even with dodging.

Power up the C/FS. That and ZH/FS are great on offense.

alright you convinced me then I roll with
- esperon: confusion / futuresight
- alakazam: psycho cut / psychic
in the psychic departement; psychic is such an classic old-school move for alakazam I cannot abandon this one even when futuresight is better

PC/P Alakazam is still really good. FS is just slightly better.

Against fast quick moves (eg. water gun), confusion will do better with dodging. Against slow quick moves (eg. mud slap), you can fit two ZH before dodging, while you have to wait for dodging after using confusion which is inefficient.
