Eevees....

Who among the (5) Evolved form of Eevees is the best attacker Vs a 2.7K+ Blissey?
Not just what you have read in many guide from different sites but base in your actual game experienced.
Okay here's some of my Experienced.
Umbreon = (Any Moves) Time out
Vapes = (Any Moves) Time out (Ague-able... Maybe due to lag)
Jolteons = I need to maxed first.
Espeon = I need to maxed first.
Flareon = So far very effective with Over Heat...

I need the answer for a Level 30 Jolts and Espeon if effective too?

I'll be thankful for your comment....

Vaporeon with Hydro Pump works, but can be a close shave.

I personally use Flareon. Even he's not the "best" attacker, he's doing the job pretty well. I usually use a WG/HP Vap to finish off the fight if needed. I have tried with Espeon once but didn't get comfortable with him. This is just my 2 cents but I'm sure other people will have more elaborated experiences ;-)

A maxed out HP Vape, in my experience he beats same level ZH/DG Blissey (the toughest one), no matter the move (I have both maxed, both iv 93, I've tried for fun).
If I want I can dodge also ZH, but in that case I need to eat a DG to charge faster a HP, depends on the mood and Blisseys Cp. But since a have a good Tyra I'm not using vape anymore.
Espeon - with lvl 30 C/FS Espeon if I do a small mistake dodging, battle lost. Sometimes I remember to use him vs. psychic Blisseys.
Flareon - I bet it does wonders with FS/OH, with a FS/OH Charizard (so a bit weaker than Flareon) lvl 30 I can beat higher level DG Blisseys. I'm using it for prestiging, not attacking.
Jolt - hmm, they do Gya, end of story :)
Umbreon - they do all prestiging tasks if you want,
except blissey :)

I did a simulation, both level 35, with Jolteon winning by a small margin of CP within 66 Seconds.
According to this simulation, a high level jolteon can be used to do the speed-part (as flareon, espeon, alakazam) with somebody tougher to to the rest.

Flareon and Espeon, save Jolteons for Gyaradoses.

I'd second that, but also add Vaporeon to the list if you are less keen on dodging when the lag is bad.

Flareon for any DG variant

Espeon for ZH or Psychic variants

Vaporeon for the pound variants (you can probably even miss dodges and still win)

But in general I do not use my Level 30 HP vapes unless the Blissey is 2800 or less (that's my maximum cutoff) as otherwise it takes too much time and there is indeed a timeout risk. Above that level use Flareon/Espeon/gyarados/dragonite/trex etc.

I don't use jolt, jolt is strictly inferior to both flareon and espeon with worse moves and worse power.

Umbreon doesn't need to be discussed.
