Dragon Tail / Twister Gyarados

So with the implementation of Fast and Charge TMs, it is now possible to get previously unattainable move combinations, such as:

• Dragon Tail / Dragon Claw Dragonite
• Dragon Tail / Twister Gyarados
• Counter / Stone Edge Machamp

I currently have a Bite/Twister Gyarados with fairly good stats. Would it be worth using a Fast TM to get this interesting combination? Is this a good moveset anyways?

No, use the Charge TM.

I never liked twister. A Dragon Tail/Hydro Pump is a good moveset.

I have a Counter / Stone Edge Machamp now. Is that a good combo?

It's not great. Double fighting is what you want.
