DT/DC Is good. DT will build up the energy fast and DC is a 3 bar charge move so you will be spamming both DT and DC with the ability to dodge.

Its damage output may even be better than a DT/OR dragonite when dodging is involved and with raid bosses you will want to dodge or their charge attacks can 1 shot your attacker.

It's not. DT/O is still the most damage-efficient Dragonite.
