Does this Machamp will be a good Blissey's counter in the future?

I've just evolved this Machamp (Counter/CloseCombat) and I'd like to know if it's worth to power him up:
Iv: 84,4%
Level: 22
HP: 14
Def: 15
Atk: 9

It's ok I have one and I prefer FS/OH Flareons.

I used my FF/FB Arc too and it's still solid vs her. At the very least he doesn't take SE damage from ZH/Psy/DG

it'll be fine. arguably the best attacking moveset - although dps-wise c/dp is better. but being a 1 bar charger, its more attacker friendly. so unless you see 10 3000 cp blisseys in a row, he will do fine.

Lol if you see 10 3k Blisseys in a gym time to attack it w/ a friend or your team members. No point in wasting 1 hour + and a ludicrious amount of potions & revives. It's a solid Machamp.
