Do you have to be level 35 to get tms?

Bad luck. I didn't get a TM until raid 25. My wife got one on her first try at a level 2 raid. She is level 25.

no. I am level 32 and got a quick TM from my first raid (tier 1 raid).

of course now I just get rewards of mostly revives on my next 3 raids. gee, thanks.

You just have bad luck.

I remember a few raids I did and I just got crap like 24 revives and berries.

i have 4 TMs till now, met a guy that has 14 already, its just luck.
