This is probably the BEST thing that Niantic has done in a long time, man I have got 10 CTM's so far! Its a shame they have to limit it to one week however :((

I know I hadn't actually seen the task in a while but I could have sworn this task used to be part of the regular rotation, albeit very rare. Either way its presence is very welcomed.

I haven't even gotten a single charged TM research task...are we playing the same game? I've done a bunch of research, but the only thing I've found today was a task that gives a fast TM.
